This cassette contains unreleased Vindva Mei material recorded in Reykjavik, Iceland between 1995 and 1996. Tracks were recorded with cassette decks, VHS video tapes, 4-track tape recorders, A-B looping on CD players, various guitar pedals and analog synthesizers. Click here for more info.

New Runar Magnusson EP on Ukranian label ~taqueot
Runar Magnusson's new EP 'Stroking' is out now on ~taqueot. The title track is a remix of a piece called Veladar Strokur. The track Veladar Strokur, on the other hand, is a rework of the piece Kontur des Fühles, for string quartet and electronics by Ejnar Kanding. Veladar Strokur, a quadrophonic piece for a string quartet and electronics was premiered by the Messerkvartetten on March 27th, 2011 at Medicinsk Museion in Copenhagen, Denmark. 'Stroking' was mixed in the Hljodaklettar studio in Copenhagen this year. Veladar Strokur, Runar's rework of Kontur des Fühles will be released shortly, along with Ejnar Kanding´s piece Sichhingab as a limited edition mini CD by Hljóðaklettar.

Lots of stunning works and activity from 'Rósa' artist ANNA CEEH
Lots of great news from 'Rosa' artist ANNA CEEH. Her work has been featured in "An Exchange with Sol LeWitt” Cabinet magazine, MASS MoCA, USA (exhibition catalogue out now). She recently won a Honorary Mention award at Prix Ars Electronica in Digital Musics & Sound Art for her project SONIC ZONES with Franz Pomassl. If you have not already seen her MELK TRIBUNE sound installation in Melk, Lower Austria, the exhibit is still open daily from noon until midnight (free admission). She has also contributed to Tomodachi Calling, a Charity web-shop for Japan Tsunami disaster relief. Lastly, don't forget to check out her incredible interview series with artists Christian Fennesz, Finnbogi Petursson and others.
